Gingerbread Pound Cake

For the Batter: -  Flour -  Baking soda -  Ginger -  Cinnamon -  Nutmeg -  Allspice -  Cloves -  Kosher salt -  Butter -  Brown sugar -  Eggs



Step 1

To Make the Batter with a Stand Mixer: Preheat oven to 325°F.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, ginger nutmeg, allspice, and cloves.

Step 3

Sift the flour mixture into another medium bowl.  Add kosher salt to the mix and whisk to combine.
