Hummingbird Pound Cake

(Without Nuts!)

This Hummingbird Pound Cake is a delectable treat, without the nuts!   It’s incredibly moist and perfect for holiday tables.

For the Cake: -  All-purpose flour -  Baking soda -  Kosher salt -  Cinnamon -  Nutmeg -  Unsalted butter -  Vegetable oil -  Granulated sugar -  Large eggs -  Vanilla extract -  Ripe mashed banana -  Crushed pineapple



To Make the Batter: Step 1 Set your oven to a true 325°F.

Step 2

Sift together the all-purpose flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, kosher salt and baking soda in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Step 3

Stir together the mashed bananas and crushed pineapple in a medium bowl. Set aside.
