For the Batter:- All-purpose flour- Nutmeg- Kosher salt- Baking soda- Unsalted butter- Light brown sugar- Large eggs- Bourbon- Pure vanilla extract- Sweet potato puree
Add the room-temperature butter to the bowl of your stand mixer or a large mixing bowl. Mix just the butter with your hand or stand mixer until the butter is completely smooth.
