Classic Blueberry Muffins

These Classic Blueberry Muffins are bursting with blueberry flavor.  Topped with turbinado sugar, these muffins are the perfect weekend breakfast treat.

For the Muffin Batter: - Flour - Kosher salt - Baking soda - Butter - Oil  - Granulated sugar - Eggs - Pure vanilla extract - Creme de cassis - Buttermilk - Blueberries



Preheat oven to a true 350°F.

To Make the Muffins:

Step 1

Sift the 320 g flour, 1 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp baking soda into a medium-sized bowl. Set aside.

Step 2

Place the butter and oil into a large mixing bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer.
