Ingredients

- 1 tbsp flax meal (or ground flax seeds), NOT full flax seeds
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Add the flax meal and water to a small bowl and stir thoroughly.
- Allow to sit for ten minutes, stirring every couple of minutes.
- When done, the final flax egg will have the consistency of chicken egg whites. The mixture should be thick, and all of the water should be fully absorbed.
Notes
- I have successfully baked with up to five flax eggs for pound cakes!
